Myth: The Terpenes "Entourage Effect" theory was made up to improve sales.

Fact: This theory was first created in 1998 by Chemists Mechoulam and Ben-Shabat and made popular in 2011 by psychopharmacologist Dr. Ethan Russo. Numerous scientists have conducted professional research to further back up this theory.

 FYI: "Entourage Effect" is the idea that terpenes magnify the therapeutic benefits of medical marijuana since both terpenes and cannabinoids have positive interactions that boost each other.
