The state of Oklahoma does not give a list of conditions that qualify for medical marijuana. Instead, the state requires doctors to use their own judgment, so any chronic or acute condition may qualify for treatment with medical marijuana.
By law, an individual must be at least 18 years of age to obtain a medical marijuana recommendation. In addition, they must be a resident of the state of Oklahoma.
